Job Summary:

The Senior Financial Analyst will play a key role in our finance department by providing financial insights and support to drive business decisions. This role involves analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and working closely with various departments to ensure financial health and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Develop financial models and forecasts to guide business planning and budgeting.
• Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports to senior management.
• Monitor key financial metrics and identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Collaborate with department heads to develop and manage budgets.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements.
• Support ad-hoc financial projects and initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis or a related role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience in the food industry is a plus.
